By accessing the Laptop Becho website (laptopbecho.com) or submitting a device quotation enquiry, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Quotation and Valuation Process

All initial quotations provided via phone, WhatsApp, or through this website are preliminary estimates based entirely on the hardware specifications, cosmetic tier, and operational descriptions provided by you.

A final valuation is confirmed only following physical inspection and functional verification of the device. If the physical condition, internal specifications, or operational status differs from the initial submission, an adjusted offer will be discussed before proceeding. You are under no obligation to accept any revised offer.

3. Device Ownership & Legal Eligibility

By offering any laptop, desktop, or computer component for evaluation or sale to Laptop Becho, you affirm and warrant that:

You are the lawful owner of the device, or are duly authorized by the owner to negotiate and sell it.
The device is free of any liens, company asset encumbrances, or third-party ownership claims.
The device is not stolen, counterfeit, or obtained through illegal means.
You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Customer Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up personal data and performing a factory reset / data wipe prior to handing over any laptop, desktop, SSD, or HDD. You must remove all personal accounts, BIOS passwords, and tracking locks (such as Apple iCloud / "Find My" locks, Google accounts, or Microsoft BitLocker encryption). Laptop Becho is not responsible for data loss or personal files remaining on handed-over equipment.

5. Service Region & Jurisdiction

Laptop Becho provides services exclusively within Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad.
